5 AI invoice reads a month, 5 recipes, and 1 team member. Invoice detail older than 30 days is capped, but your spend totals, charts, and CSV exports stay fully open. Nothing is ever locked behind a paywall you didn't agree to.
On Pro, approved invoices push to Xero as Bills in one click (individually, or in bulk from the invoice list) with the original file attached and per-line VAT intact. Automatic scheduled sync is on the roadmap, not built yet. Starter and above can also export a purchases journal and cost-of-sales report as CSV for any accountant or accounting system.
Not with a live sync today. Sales import via CSV, which most POS systems can export in a couple of clicks. We'd rather tell you that plainly than promise an integration that isn't built yet.
Your data is isolated to your restaurant; no other account can see it. Billing is monthly with no long-term contract, handled by Paddle as our merchant of record, and you can cancel any time from Settings.
